Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant and model. She started participating in fitness competitions when she was 16 after she quit her childhood gymnastics career. She was 17 when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career at age 16, at which point she stopped the sport of gymnastics. She earned her Pro Card just one year later and was 17. She became the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Ariel had a break of six years from the stage after earning her pro card to pursue her education. The return to competitive competition in 2015 was an extension of previous performances, in which she competed at elite events such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She continued to compete for a number of years after her debut show setting higher expectations for herself each year. In 2009, she had achieved four more fitness championships. In addition, the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champions made her one of the youngest Fitness Professionals from IFBB ever. Ariel had a long break following her professional card's issuance to get her college diploma. When she earned her Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel made a successful comeback in the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She came in third at the event. In the summer of 2016, she won first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in to compete in the Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage just three months later, and took her place 6th within the Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she didn't have any expectation. Her satisfaction was high with her placement. Considering she was battling against some of the top competitors. Ariel keeps impressing with improvements to her physique each year. Ariel's top body part to exercise includes her lower back. Her typical back workout consists of bent over rows single arm lat pull-downs on a machine pull-ups, and seated rows. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving onto the work outs. Ariel is extremely efficient with her time. This is accomplished by making sure she is doing all her back exercises, and doing 3 or 4 supersets of 10-12 repetitions. The routine she follows is kind of routine twice per week, with one day being a light weight day and the other heavier weight day.
